(Czech Republic) Which payments do I have to make before moving in?
Before you move in you need to transfer upfront the onetime non-refundable service fee (6000CZK/ one semester contract or 4000CZK/ one year contract) into our bank account.
Once we receive your full upfront payment (service fee), your booking will be confirmed.
The rest of the upfront payment, first month all-in rent and the refundable deposit (1x all-in rent), must be on our bank account no later than 30 days before your accommodation agreement starts. The penalty of 150CZK will be charged for a delayed payment. Transaction and exchange rate fees has to be covered by a tenant.

Please don’t forget to write your lodger ID in the bank transfer. It allows us to assign your payment faster.
