What are the rental periods and what is the minimum rental period? (Austria)
The minimum rental period for all our locations in Austria is 6 months. The maximum term is 12 months.
The end of the tenancy is either 31 August or 30 September each year.
We also offer rental periods until 28 February or 31 March (please note that the contingent for this is limited).
If you wish to stay longer, there is also the option to extend your stay. Please contact our sales-team.
It is not possible to choose the start or end date of your tenancy. The start of the tenancy is always the first of the month and the end of the tenancy is always the last of the month.
