(Netherlands) What happens with my mail?

Of course, you will have your own mailbox with your apartment number.

Packages sent to your apartment will be delivered to our on-site parcel lockers, which you can access 24/7 on the ground floor.

 

If you want to order packages, you have 3 options:

1. To your apartment, by using the correct address:

Jonkvrouw Sanderijndreef ‘’your apartment number’’

2. By using the Smart Point, by using the correct address:

Jonkvrouw Sanderijndreef ‘’your apartment number’’

Second address line: SMARTPOINT building A or B, CODE: xxxxx

3. To a central post point close by.

 

Please note that the office does not accept packages.

 

Also take into consideration:

  • Never use 47 on your letters/packages, since that is the office
  • Never add your floor number or building letter, if you want it delivered to your apartment
  • Please be home when your package will arrive
  • The office is not responsible for the loss of packages or letters
