(Netherlands) I booked my appointment at a certain hour but I cannot come. How can I change my appointment? It is still for the same day.

Appointment times cannot be changed if all the time slots have been filled for that day, or if it is within 12 hours of your appointment. In case, there are some available time slots for the same day, please cancel the first one and book again a new one. Please be advised, if you arrive at a time other than your scheduled appointment, you may have to wait until a member of our team is available to assist you.
