(Netherlands) What payments do I have to make before moving in?
There is no fee for your reservation.
When you electronically sign your lease contract, the deposit must be paid within 5 days to secure your reservation. The deposit is equal to twice the base rent.
14 days before your tenancy agreement starts you have to transfer the first month's costs.
You will find the bank details in your contract.
Please do not forget to state your booking ID, name and apartment number when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.
