Which payments do I have to make before moving in? (Germany)
The service fee is due upon concluding the rental contract.
Before your rental contract starts you have to transfer:
- deposit (3x cold rent)
- First month all-in-rent
You will find the bank details on the first page of your rental contract.
Please do not forget to state your booking ID, name and apartment number when making the transfer. This way, your payment can be assigned quickly and easily.
