Can I sub-let my apartment? (Austria)
It is possible to sub rent, but this must be approved by us in advance.
To do this, please fill in the subtenant form and send it to our service team. They will then draw up a personal permission form, which we send directly to your house manager and has to be signed by you and your subtenant.
We do not conclude a tenancy agreement with the subtenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your subtenant yourself.
Please note, that in case of a sub tenancy permission a fee of 25 € applies.
