Can I sub rent my apartment? (Deutschland)
There is the option to request a sublease permission, but this must be approved by us in advance.
To do this, you must fill out the sub tenant form and send it to our service team. They will then forward your request for a subtenancy permission to your landlord. The review of the requst might take a couple of days.
If the permission is granted, the personal permission will be issued and send dirctly to your house management and has to be signed by you and your sub tenant.
We do not conclude a contract with the sub tenant, so you would have to clarify everything contractually with your sub tenant yourself.
