When and how can I move in? (Germany)
You can move in after the rental contract has been concluded and the payments have been received, and at the earliest on the day the rental contract begins.
During the main move-in phase (October/April), you can book your desired move-in date via our online calendar. We will make this available to you in time before your move-in:
Outside our peak rental period, you can simply contact your house manager by phone or email. You don't have their contact details? Simply contact our service team.
Is it possible to move in outside office hours, at weekends or on public holidays?
Unfortunately, this is not generally possible, as there is no staff member in the building outside office hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm). However, after agreement with us, someone can collect the key for you by power of attorney and make it possible for you to move in.
