(Czech Republic) When and how can I move in?
You can move in after the accommodation agreement has been concluded and the payments have been received, and at the earliest on the first day of your valid accommodation agreement.
You can book your desired move in date via our online calendar.
If you can't find a date that suits you, you can also contact your house management by email.
Is it possible to move in outside the office hours, at weekends or on public holidays?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. As there is no staff member in the building outside the office hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm). However, after agreement with us, someone can collect the key for you with power of attorney and make it possible for you to move in.
