What do I do about my mail and packages? (Austria)
Of course, you will have your own mailbox with your apartment number.
From Monday to Friday, our staff will be happy to receive standard-sized parcels and hold them for you.
We will notify you by postcard when a package arrives for you. You can pick it up at the reception during opening hours.
