(Czech Republic) What is a termination without notice?
Termination without notice is an extraordinary termination that can be given by the landlord for the following reasons:
- Serious payment delay
- Continuation of the Misbehaviour Despite a Warning
- Gross violation of morality and/or house rules
If the lodger neither moves out nor pays his outstanding debts, an eviction action must be initiated. This is associated with considerable costs for the lodger.
