Your accommodation agreement has already been confirmed and you would like to revoke it within the deadline? Then simply contact our service team.
What happens if my visa is not approved?
If your visa gets denied and you inform us before your accommodation agreement starts, we will terminate your accommodation agreement. However, you need to send us the specific confirmation document. You will get back the first month rent and the deposit. We keep the service fee.
