(Czech Republic) Where can I find the house rules for my residence?
Living together in THE FIZZ requires special consideration for each other. Disturbances and annoyance of other residents are to be avoided.

Can I smoke on the premises?
It is not allowed to smoke in the building; however, you can smoke in the garden in backyard and on the terraces.
Can I enter the apartment also at night or is there any curfew?
We don’t have any curfew or restricted night access to the building. You can come and go whenever you like. We just kindly ask you to be respectful to your neighbours and keep the night peace, if you are returning home late. Night peace is in effect from 10 pm to 7 am.
