How do I pay my rent? (Austria)
The first month's rent has to be paid already, as well as the deposit, at the time of the confirmation of the tenancy agreement.
From your second month onwards, the rent will be debited monthly by SEPA direct debit. The rent will always be debited on the first of the month (unfortunately, it is not possible to debit the rent on your preferred date).

Please note: If a direct debit is not possible and/or the rent is paid too late, a reminder fee of € 9.50 will be charged. Constantly late rent payments can also lead to a warning + fees and ultimately to termination without notice.
