What means all-in-rent? (Austria)
It is an all-inclusive rental price with an annual stepped rent of 3%. There is no additional utilities statement at the end of the year, as consumption is not calculated individually.
Included in the all-in-rent is the cold rent, a fixed operating cost, Internet/Wifi/TV and furniture rent.
Not included, however, is the GIS or broadcasting fee.
