(Netherlands) Which rental periods are available and what is the minimum rental period?
Our contracts are so called campus contracts, which have an unlimited rental period until the end of your studies. They also have a minimum period of 12 months.
This means that your contract is for an indefinite period until the end of your studies. In the first 12 months the contract cannot be terminated. After the 12 months it can be terminated according to the notice periods.
