How can I terminate my parking space rental agreement? (Germany)
To terminate your parking space, you need to send us an original signed letter of termination to the following address:

The notice period is three months to the end of the month.
Exception: If you have also rented an apartment in Aachen, Munich or Freiburg Mitte will your parking space be automatically terminated with your apartment rental contract. In this case, you do not need to send a separate letter of termination.
