(Czech Republic) How to terminate the accommodation agreement by a new lodger?
Every lodger at THE FIZZ has the option of terminating his or her apartment with four weeks notice to the end of the month by naming a suitable new lodger. The new lodger must also meet the following requirements:
- Rental Period according to the current valid accommodation agreement or according to the standard booking periods
- Enrolled student; trainee; intern, worker
- If you live in the shared studio, new lodger has to have also the same gender.
If you have found a suitable new lodger, simply send the completed new lodger form with the required documents of the new lodger (ID card, proof of education, possibly VISA) by e-mail to our service team.
At the same time, you should send an original signed letter of termination to the following address:
